At Physics4U (physics4u.in), we offer premium downloadable digital educational materials (including Class 11 and 12 Physics PDF notes, derivations, model papers, and previous year question banks). Because digital products are instantly accessible upon payment, our refund and cancellation terms are outlined below.

Eligibility, request process, and processing timelines
To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- Time Limit: Refund requests must be formally submitted within 7 days of the original transaction date.
- Valid Reason: Refunds are approved only if the delivered PDF file is damaged, corrupted, unreadable, or missing pages/chapters compared to the product description, and our technical support team is unable to provide a functional replacement file within 24 hours.
- Not Eligible: Due to the nature of intangible digital downloads, refunds are not issued for accidental purchases, change of mind, incorrect board/medium selection, or after the PDF file has been downloaded.

Once your refund request is verified and approved by our support team, the transaction will be processed through our payment gateway (Razorpay).
The refund amount will be credited back to your original payment method (UPI account, debit/credit card, or net banking) within 5 to 7 business days, subject to your bank's clearance policies.
