Digital Rights & Usage Terms — How you may use your purchased notes
This License Policy explains the legal terms and scope under which Physics4U (physics4u.in) grants access to its digital educational products (including Class 11 and 12 Physics PDF notes, derivations, formula cheat-sheets, model papers, and PYQs). By purchasing or downloading any product, you agree to comply with this License Policy.
Every purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for one individual student only. Purchasing a digital product grants access to the material — it does not transfer copyright or ownership of the underlying content.

Upon verified payment completion, you receive a limited personal license to access and use the purchased digital PDF for your own personal educational preparation:
Personal Study
Use the notes freely for your own self-paced study, revision, derivations practice, and exam preparation.
Offline Storage
Download and store a copy on your personal phone, tablet, and computer for offline access without internet.
Personal Printing
Print a physical spiral or bind copy strictly for your own desk reading and handwritten margin annotations.
- Read and study the purchased PDF on any personal device.
- Download and store local offline backup copies.
- Print single paper copies for your own learning desk.
- Use the material for Board Exam, JEE, and NEET preparation.
The following activities constitute copyright infringement and license violations:
No Sharing
Do not forward purchased files to classmates, friends, coaching centers, or study circles.
No Cloud/Telegram
Uploading our files to Telegram channels, WhatsApp groups, Drive, or Dropbox is strictly illegal.
No Reselling
You may not sell, rent, sublicense, or commercially distribute any Physics4U digital product.
No Modification
Do not edit, remove watermarks, modify branding, or claim original diagrams as your own.
No Web Publishing
Hosting our PDFs on external websites, forums, torrents, or social media is prohibited.
No Commercial Use
Coaching institutes and tuition centers cannot distribute these materials without explicit written licensing.
All original written explanations, custom diagrams, handwritten derivations, and pedagogical layouts remain the exclusive intellectual property of Physics4U under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957. Your purchase grants you a license to use, not ownership of, the material.
To protect content integrity, PDF files downloaded from Physics4U may embed subtle digital identifiers, order IDs, and personalized watermarks. These measures allow us to identify and trace unauthorized public leaks directly back to the original source order. Anyone found leaking purchased content will face account termination and legal action.
Any breach of this License Policy immediately terminates your license to use the materials. Physics4U reserves the right to deactivate future download links, blacklist associated user accounts, and pursue statutory damages or civil/criminal proceedings where necessary.
