Physics4U (physics4u.in) provides exclusively digital educational products (including Class 11 and 12 Physics PDF chapter notes, derivations, formula cheat-sheets, model test papers, and solved PYQ sets). We do not sell or ship physical products. This Delivery Policy explains how your purchases are delivered electronically following successful payment.
All educational materials on Physics4U are fulfilled completely electronically. No courier, postal service, or physical dispatch is required. Files are accessible instantly post-checkout.

Download your PDF instantly on the checkout order confirmation page directly after payment completion.
Email Delivery
A digital receipt with direct download links is dispatched simultaneously to your registered billing email address.

Access your purchased downloads from your Physics4U account profile anytime within your active download window.
- Immediate Access: 99% of digital downloads are available within 3 to 10 seconds post-payment.
- Payment Verification: Deliveries may experience minor delays if UPI or bank servers take extra time to confirm transaction settlement.
- Support Assistance: If you don't receive your download link within 15 minutes, our team verifies and sends manual links via WhatsApp or email.
Download links remain active for 30 days from the transaction date and permit up to 3 download attempts. Students are advised to immediately save their downloaded PDFs to local storage, Google Drive, or personal offline folders.
If your payment is marked as pending, failed, or declined by your bank or UPI app, access links will not generate until the transaction settlement is confirmed. Once Razorpay settles the transaction, your download links activate automatically.
⚠️ Important: Please ensure your email address is spelled accurately during checkout. Physics4U is not responsible for email delivery delays caused by typographical errors in the customer's submitted address. If entered incorrectly, contact support with your payment receipt for instant correction.
